Isn’t it interesting that JESUS CHRIST spoke a lot about Trees and Fields?
In Genesis the beginning of life on earth; it was about a garden with Trees. When Jesus came on earth most of his teachings were about, field, trees and soil, I don’t feel that is coincident.
I am quoting just a few verses in the many chapters of the scriptures, in order to help others see the analysis of human being as my thoughts reveal to me.
In Luke 23: 31
Jesus said: For if they do these things in a green Tree, what shall be done in the dry? I see Life in the green tree and death in the dry. (Field)
Parable: A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard and he came and sort fruit thereon, and found none. Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard. Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none, cut it down why cumbereth it the ground? (time waster). And he answering said unto him Lord let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it and dung it: And if it bear fruit well: and if not, then after thou shall cut it down. (Man given a second chance to change).
Luke 6: 43
For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of bramble bush gather they grapes. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good: and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. (Mind)
Clearly, I can see the link with Genesis and man’s existence to date. From Jesus’ conversations/teachings he must have been the master of creation. Man was formed from the soil/earth and a seed has been injected in him/mind at the time of creation.
That seed is God himself /spiritual, hence the fruit produced by the seed which has grown into a tree with roots are the thoughts of the mind; which is not an organ of the body. The thoughts of the mind produce actions, good and evil.(Fruit).
I can understand God’s patience with us, but a time is coming soon when he will get fed up and destroy those that are rejecting his Salvation. Not a choice of God’s but of man himself.
I would like your feedback:
