God is a Spirit and they that worship Him must worship him in Spirit and in Truth. John 4 v 24 KJV
However, it is impossible to Worship something or someone we don’t know.
Daily I am seeing the hopelessness that has gripped our world and I cannot help thinking that only if people would realize that we are all spiritual and hopelessness is also spiritual.
People are searching for satisfaction, which reminded me of the rolling stones song. “I can’t get no satisfaction”. This was not just a song but a reality and it remains the same to date.
The good News is no one needs to be hopeless ; however, we have got to look for it in the right place.
Unfortunately people think religions are God but but that is not true; religions are mere rituals bounding men to control by other men who are seeking power for themselves.
God is not a religion but a Spirit and those that worship him must worship him in Spirit and truth.
God is also the Father and fathers look for relationships with their children not rituals.
God is the same yesterday, today and forever, he cannot change, in fact because God made us in his image and likeness we have God’s character in us.
As parents we don’t want our children to suffer, in the same way God don’t want his children to suffer but we are not giving God his rightful place in our lives.
We are rejecting him and he cannot do anything about it because of his love for us. He gave us a freewill and that’s permanent.
It is up to us to choose whom we will serve; God the creator of the world or the devil God’s enemy the destroyer of the world.
If we choose God our hopelessness would vanish and would inherit peace, joy and love from God. If not; we are serving the devil and our hopelessness and destruction remain in our lives.
God wants non to perish but it is our choice and he can’t do anything about it.
