And he causeth all , both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond , to receive a mark in the right hand or on their foreheads. And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
As I concentrate deeply on the symbols of the characters in Revelation, I think I noticed that women symbolises nations and men symbolises control. For example it is clear that Israel is represented by the woman crowned with twlve stars and the nations of the world (Babylon) the Mother of Harlots; in the same vein I take it that men symbolises the world’s system of control.
Hence; in my opinion the beast in verse 11 coming up out of the earth looking like a lamb but spoke like a dragon is the Economic system that is controlling our world today. quote: And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth: and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
Have you noticed that the Governments of the world meet together behaving like Lambs but in fact they are implementing Dragon rules? As for me I am seeing Economy is the name of the beast and the World Bank the number of the beast.
Why do I come to that conclusion; It is clear that money is controlling all human lives no matter one’s place of birth or status, hence the mark that men need to purchase or sell goods is money v 17 that no man might buy or sell.
The Beast number 666 (six hundred threescore and six) is a man and in my opinion means world control. 666 for me means calculation and who is calculating how money is circulated? The World Bank’s Management.
So in my opinion: Verse 17 means no man might buy or sell except he has the mark = money, or the name of the Beast = in Government (economy), or the number of his name = World bank management:
