In this part I would like to look at the appearance of the beasts both on earth and in heaven because in my opinion the looks or appearances of the beasts determines the personalities of the Kings, governments and religions here on earth and in Heaven.
Revelation KJV chapter 13 verses 1, 2, 11, 12
The beasts on Earth.
And I stood upon the sand of the sea and saw a beast rise out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth of a lion and the dragon (satan) gave him his power, and his seat , and great authority. And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a Dragon. And he exercised all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
For me the Dragon which is the Devil gave the beasts the authority man gave it when man disobeyed his creator God in the garden of Eden. It is obvious that the beasts are rulers on the earth, hence satan could have got that privilege to give them its power, seat and great authority. Remember satan is a spirit and the rulers are people to control people.
The first beast from the sea had seven heads, ten horns and looked like a leopard with the feet of a bear and the mouth of a lion.
Have you noticed that all parts of that beast are animals of prey? This is saying to me that the masses are victims for the rulers, be it Kings, religions or governments internationally.
This reminds me of Jesus’ statement in John KJV 10 v 10.
The thief (satan) cometh not but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. (Saviour)
If we take a closer look at the personalities of the Kings, religious leaders and governments ministers. We would notice that they all have one thing in common, that is they want power.
How they achieve that power comes in different forms, some by coaxing, others by inheritance, others by oppression and tyranny, others by traps, incitement and all sorts of evil. In short Politics.
I realize that we have everything in common with animals except a spirit, therefore in my opinion the description of the feet of a bear, the body of a leopard and the mouth of a lion fits very well with the outward appearance of the ruling systems in the world. This beast of prey comes in wars, religions, politics and even charities but no matter how gentle the pretence the lions mouth would devour their victims in order to gain power and control.
The second beast with horns of a lamb is given all the power of the first beast and is the international ruler currently. This beast came after our Saviour came upon earth; so we have a means whereby we can conquer the system or beast if we take back our authority from the beast through Jesus Christ. I think it is clear for all to see the lamb and dragon characteristics in the world’s system of control.
The good news is that this won’t go on forever and judgement is on its way.
Revelation 17 KJV verse 3
So he carried me(John) away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast,, full of names of blasphemy having seven heads and ten horns. This is the same beast in chapter13. That beast represents the political and religious systems that are controlling the nations of the world. The nations are represented as a great whore and the great whore has drunken the controllers with sin so they are on their way to judgement and eternal torment in Hell.
Everybody has a choice to choose their destiny currently. It is one of two ways either a personal relationship with Jesus or with the Beast.
